Rough Friday
It has been a bad day. It all started off so well. Then I get an email that the recruiter for my company needs me to call them. I recently applied for a new position within the company and was really hoping to get it. I didn't. I am devestated. I really wanted it. It has been a disappointing few weeks. There are a few other things bothering me but I am not sure if I am ready to put it into words yet.

An Introduction
Where do you begin when you are starting a blog? How do you decide what to write about. I am me. I a wife and a friend. I am a daughter and a granddaughter. I love with my entire being and I cherish every relationship I have. I work for a great company and I am married to the most amazing man. He is truly the person who makes me whole. We don't have any children unless you count our furry ones. Then we have have 3!!! We have Foster our 6 year old Maine Coone Tabby mix, a 3 year old Orange tabby named Sebastian but we call him Sabby. And Jake our lab/chow mix whom we rescued from the Aspca two years ago this July. We love them all dearly.
There really isn't much to me. I work hard. I am a full time student. I am also the secretary of the Home Owner's association where we live. We bought our first home almost 2 years ago and love it!
I have a new passion for entertaining. Ever since we bought our house I am in love with throwing a good party.
I am pretty happy with my life and do not have any complaints except I wish I could spend more time with Eric. We both work so much and such different hours its hard for us to be together all the time. We are learning that we have to cherish the time we do have. Eric and I met a little of 12 years ago on the internet. We met on Dec 18th. We were living together by mid Feb. We have only spent 3 nights apart since we moved in together and that was after the car accident I was in, in May 2009. Our ten year wedding anniversary is May 19th and I can not wait to celebrate our ten years together.
Well that is all I am writing for now. Hopefully next time I will have something more interesting to say.
